La Fiesta Taqueria in Citrus Heights

I called since 9 30 and nobody picked up then I get there and the open sing was off and the lady was sweeping I tried calling one more time and they still didn’t pick up but the hours clearly say they close at 10 pm so I really don’t get it !

Delicious, grilled, chicken street tacos covered with cilantro and white onions. The salsa bar has the works with crema, three different salsas, radishes, jalapenos and carrots. Plus, a warming bin full of light and crunchy tortilla chips. La fiesta taqueria has taco Tuesday down to an art. The crowds come in waves. They'll be a couple people and then the restaurant is full. I wasn't a fan of the carne asada crunchy taco. The meat tasted a little off. This is a great first date spot. Some cheap tacos, walk around the center and check out the stores. There is sitting around the fountains to get to know each other better.

It's a good place in good good but they say it's not necessary to cover their mouth that that a drama but I'm so disappointed because we were covered our mouth but they are serving food come ong good serving good

We love eating out. Last night we went to this delicious place which friends told us about. We had a delightful time there with delicious dishes and a nice team and a distinguished chief cook. We put this restaurant in our phone list and we shall certainly come back soon. We highly recommend.

Absolutely awful owner, found hair in my brown guacamole, everything was wet and mushy. I understand that food Togo usually is not the most fresh like I’d get a restaurant, but this was like eating blended up food. Will never ever go back here!!! Stay away!!

Good food but I think I missed the Fiesta

It’s a quick and easy spot. The food is tasty. They could have more vegetarian options, or maybe some more “exciting” or adventurous choices. But if you are looking for meat tacos or a burrito, then this place is your ticket. I typically am here late on a Friday or Saturday picking up some super nachos to-go or something like that, and I’m in and out quickly.

The tacos are delicious! Employees are nice. Clean place to eat too.

We were hesitant to try something new, but this turned out to be a great place. I ordered the carnitas taco and shredded chicken enchilada. The carnitas were on point! Super flavorful and tender! I would come back just for that. The beans and rice were delicious too! My husband ordered the chicken fajita plate, it was seasoned well, and the portion was huge!

The food and service were beyond my expectations. We absolutely loved the vibes of this spot. Fantastic place to take the family out for dinner.

I've lived in Citrus Heights for 7 years and just found La Fiesta last month. Why oh why did it take so long? The food is outstanding. The line to order is crazy but worth it.

Food is fantastic and authentic. Service is always top notch. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

We love the super quesadillas. All the meats are delicious. Food comes out quickly. The chip and salsa bar is very comprehensive. Great value for your money. This is our favorite taqueria in the region.

For over 20 years these are the best tasting Super Burritos in the area, and I’d even put them up against anything in SF. This is a hopping place for good reason!

From the moment you come to this place team give you an enjoyable feeling. Very friendly team, it is a good restaurant to pass time with your friends or with your date. Great food, professional chef, good pay and excellent service. Warmly recommended.

Great casual spot with authentic and super delicious Mexican food. It's always busy but food service is still pretty quick. You will not leave here hungry!

I may have gotten only the same chimichanga four times now and tried only the fish taco on one other occasion but I am giving five stars just for the chimichanga. Thing is almost the size of of my forearm so I could easily save some for later if I had any concept of portion sizes and impulse control. The price is also really good before you factor in delivery fee and driver tip but that is to be expected.

One of my favorite taquerias in the area. Always clean and fast service. Food is served fresh and hot. There's also a salsa bar. Many different kinds of Mexican beers on tap and in bottles.

Got the enchilada plate and they were cold in the middle. The red sauce tasted off. I've been here before and it was good the other times just not this time.

So my girlfriend and I went here and she ordered the vegetable burrito and I ordered the biggest burrito they had with cow tongue and it was incredibly delicious. The cheese they use in that burrito was incredibly tasty and I couldn't tell what kind of cheese it was. They also have a chip bar that's complementary like many of these restaurants and the chips were great and there is even sour cream completely free which is something I never see. This place was packed Sunday night and I can see why, great food and I highly recommended this place.

Disappointed and ripped off again. I ordered the super burrito with grilled chicken and it took them over twenty minutes for just a burrito to go. When I finally got my food I didn't realize until I already left that they gave me the wrong burrito. I ended up receiving a basic burrito with just rice and meat. This is the second time I've paid extra for a super and got half the ingredients of a basic. It would be a 1 star if what I got didn't at least taste decent.

This place is the one I like best. I visit a lot of restaurants but to this restaurant I keep coming back again and again. The team is very warm and the cooking they cook is so delicious. I am always happy to have a decent dinner in this place. Highly recommended.

fast service great food variety of choices & nice folks

If I could leave no stars I would. They messed up my order and I called and they said they would redo my order. Next day I called to let them know I was going to pick up my meals and the man who answered was extremely rude and wouldn't redo my order because I didn't know the name of who I spoke to before, even though he never mentioned his name. He tried to backtrack and said I needed a receipt and I told him I ordered online so he went back to saying I needed the name of the person who spoke with me. Never again would I ever eat at this place due to the rudeness of this man I spoke to and for horribly messing up my order. I paid for extras and specifically asked for no onions because I'm allergic and they still put them on there.

I love good salsa. This place is on the pricey side for as much food they give you. I have had the quesadilla and it was puny. Good nachos, especially when your friend pays

Not very happy, order dinner the cashier wasn't very friendly food came 3 separate time frames, 5 to 10 minutes apart. I can go on, but over all wasn't happy 😡 cold food. No 🌟 star

Very good food

Food is always fresh. Best beans ever tasted at a fast food. On Saturdays they have a worker in the dining area making tortillas by hand.

I used to get good food and good sized portions. Today I was severely ripped off. Did not get the super burrito I ordered, got a regular burrito with barely any meat and none of what was supposed to be on it. My tacos look like a major mess. They had the wrong salsa, cilantro on only one taco in each container. Paid way more than usual and even donated to them for Covid 19 to help their business. Seems like they're just trying to cheat people during this crisis.

This has been a favorite since my childhood. I’ll keep going here as long as they are open. Great tacos and drinks. Some of their places are too Americanized. But overall amazing food.

It's great food

Worst service in sunday. I doordashed my order the kid stated it wasn't on the tablet. I showed him my order still didnt try and fix the issue stated I could wait in line which was out the door. On another doordash order they completely gave us the wrong order we ordered rice and beans as a side they gave us some desert. This place has gone downhill and I havent seen it improving.

By far the best taqueria in this part of town. Can't go wrong with any selection.
